Maintain balance through an integration of body, mind and spirit, whatever your age or fitness level! Learn Hatha Yoga from a Certified Instructor. Trained and licensed in Physical Therapy as well as Mental Health Counseling, I can give you the holistic approach to wellness.
The Importance of Balance
Yoga offers the opportunity to balance body, mind and spirit. Enjoy the benefits that yoga can bring: stress reduction, flexibility, balance and overal well being. Individual and small group classes are available. Modified classes provided for those whose physical circumstances may prevent them from participating in a traditional program. Private classes in your home or my studio. A health screening questionnaire is required before attending a class. Contact me for more information.
Who Can Participate in Yoga?
Classes are designed to allow the student individual attention. Whether you can participate in the traditional form of yoga or need a modified form to accommodate you special needs, this class is for you. Students are progressed at a rate that is appropriate for optimal learning.
