The Importance of Balance
Yoga offers the opportunity to balance body, mind and spirit. Enjoy the benefits that yoga can bring: stress reduction, flexibility, balance and overal well being. Individual and small group classes are available. Modified classes provided for those whose physical circumstances may prevent them from participating in a traditional program.
